If you are trying to connect a Domain name to your Shopify Store and you are getting “SSL pending” message is often because you are connecting to a third party domain and did not properly point your DNS records to Shopify!
The easiest way to resolve this will be to contact your domain Registra for help to properly point your Doman DNS records to Shopify.
Most Domain Registra will be willing to help you rectify this.
If you’d like to properly point your Domain’s DNS record to Shopify then follow this guide by Shopify.
Once your third party Domain DNS is properly pointed to Shopify the “SSL Pending issue” should be resolved and you should see your Domain name listed on Shopify/Settings/Domain with no warnings or notices.
If you bought your Domain from a Shopify. You will not get the SSL pending notice as the Domain is hosted by Shopify but if you encounter any other issues, you can contact Shopify support.
Also, if you can’t view your Shopify free trial store even when you try to login with the password, it’s usually because you are having the “SSL pending issue” as your third pary Domain DNS record isn’t properly pointed to Ezoic.
Once you’ve properly pointed your third party Domain DNS record to Ezoic, you will be able to view your Shopify store.
