Step 1; Go to the Business registers – search for a companies in the EU webpage,

Search the company’s number  or Registration number and you will be able to see a list of available information filed by the company with the national business register. 

For example: articles of association, annual accounts, capital subscribed,the company’s legal representatives etc 

Step 2; If you don’t have the EU Company’s number or Registration number but you have the Company’s name and EU Country, then you’ll have to go to the webpages of national registry of the EU Country and search for the Name of the Company to be able to see and verify details about the Company.
