Ebay does not allow dropshipping by listing an item on eBay and then purchasing the item from another retailer or marketplace. Simply put Ebay does not want a customer to purchase an item on Ebay only to receive them on Amazon or walmart packages! it’s bad for their customer experience!
Asides Ebay, most online marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart etc have similar rules and disallows cross sell to other marketplaces.

Follow the rule by doing dropshipping where you fulfill orders directly from a wholesale supplier and not fulfilling orders directly from an online marketplace. Also request invoice, so if your ebay account is wrongly suspended, you can provide the invoices from your supplier to Ebay to unsuspend your account.
