Avoid having high shipping, tax or other fees that shows up for the first time at check out which may discourage your visitors from buying.
Ensure you have reputable methods of checking out, like Paypal, Stripe etc
You should consider having Buy now, Pay Later options like; Klarna, Afterpay, Payl8r etc
Buy now, Pay Later checkout services will give your visitors the option to pay in installments.
If there are real human traffic of 5000 visitors or more, your website is optimized for conversion, you are running a conversion campaign, your product price is in the 30-50 dollar range and yet no sales then turn off the ad and test another product or targeting options.
Here we say 5000 or more visitors. The reason we don’t just turn off ads immediately, is because it’s likely that Tiktok algorithm is trying to figure out the best audience for your ads.
It’s likely that Titok, when trying to figure out the right audience for you, may show your ads to people who are just interested in the creative, they may click on your ads but aren’t the right customer.
The easiest way to figure out this situation is to check your analytics. What is the demographics of your web visitors ? Are they within your ideal customer demographic? Are you gradually noticing a demographic shift in your ads? Are your ads beginning to show more to your ideal customers?
In any case, if your ad has up to 5000 real visitors and an optimized website, we recommend turning off the ad.
