step 1; Go to the Mainland China’s National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System
Tip; It’s important to search for the website using the Chinese search engine for example www.google.com.hk (and not google.com).
You can use your browser translation feature, to auto translate the webpage to your preferred language as it’s by default in Chinese language.
Step 2; Using the search field, search for the Company’s name. Tip; Ensure that you are searching the Company’s Chinese name and not it’s translated name.
If you find that the status of a Chinese company as “is existing“, it means that the Compay is legitimate. Except for Existing status, all others are abnormal operating status.
